2. Purpose
This website presents Josep Vera’s wall, table and pendant clock designs and lets you ask for information and for licences to manufacture them. The website does not sell clocks: it is there to show the designs and to request manufacturing licences.
3. Terms of use
By browsing this website you agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or upload content or software that could damage it or harm other users.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The clock designs, texts, photographs, logos and all other content on this website belong to its owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, altered or used commercially without written permission.
In particular, manufacturing or reproducing any of the designs requires a licence from the owner: you can request one under Design licences.
5. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice (for example sizes, finishes or availability). Lifestyle photos are for guidance only. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website or for technical interruptions beyond our control.
6. Links
The website links to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, by the courts of Granollers (Barcelona).

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
The data you give us when you write through the form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number (optional), the model you are interested in, the reason for your enquiry and whatever you tell us in your message. We do not need any special categories of data: please do not include them.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, review a request for a manufacturing licence and send you its terms. We will not send you advertising without your permission, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you send the form after ticking the box or when you write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR). When you ask us for a licence, also the steps you request before entering into a contract and, if one follows, the performance of that contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any processing carried out before.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If it becomes a licence agreement, for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the retention periods required by law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), form delivery (Web3Forms) and email. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing and for data portability, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to us at josep@original.cat stating which right you wish to exercise; if necessary, we will ask you to confirm your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us your data without your parents’ or guardians’ permission.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website always runs over an encrypted connection (https).
